Registration Form
Fill out the registration form located at the bottom of this webpage. Make sure all information provided is accurate.
Signed Waiver
Complete our waiver form, acknowledging your understanding and acceptance of our studio policies and guidelines. If under 18, have a parent or guardian sign. Email the signed copy to project3danceco@gmail.com or bring it to class.
$20 Drop-In Fee
Secure your spot by paying the fee via Dance Studio Pro, Cashapp ($project3dance), or Zelle (project3danceco@gmail.com).
Work-Hard Mindset
Come prepared with a positive attitude and a willingness to push yourself. Bring your passion for dance and a commitment to giving your best effort in every session.
